Il Pian oil is produced exclusively from olive groves located in the “Veneto Valpolicella” PDO area, in a land where the following varieties are cultivated: Grignano (a native variety of the countryside east of Verona), Frantoio, Leccio del Corno, Gentile and Pendolino. Our passion for extra virgin olive oil leads us to experiment new solutions every day, in order to enhance the individual olive varieties, as well as to obtain oil blends able to bring an unique product to the consumer’s table.
